General Terms and Conditions for Donors
You’re donating to the following recipient, hereinafter referred to as: Justice & Peace Netherlands
Justice & Peace is a foundation in the Netherlands. The foundation was established in 1968 under the former name Justitia et Pax Nederland.
As a donor of Justice & Peace Netherlands you can choose to make a one-time donation (via iDeal, credit card or Tikkie (only in the Netherlands)), or to support monthly or annually via a SEPA direct debit or your credit card. If you prefer to choose for a bank transfer, you can do this to the IBAN number: NL 64 ABNA 0642089841 in the name of Stichting Justice and Peace Netherlands.
If you choose for a monthly donation, it is easy to cancel or change your donorship. Send an e-mail to info@justiceandpeace.nl with your details and your question. You can also call our telephone number. Upon cancellation, we will remove your data from our records.
In case you choose for a one-time donation, there is no obligation on your part. You don’t have to do anything. We use the Mollie payment module (Ideal, credit card, etc.).
We will keep you informed via our paper and/or digital newsletter. Moreover, the latest news is also on our website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin account.
