Who we are

Justice & Peace Netherlands is a non-profit organisation based in The Hague that is dedicated to defending and promoting respect for human rights and social justice, worldwide and in the Netherlands.

What we do

We provide a wide range of people and organisations with means to improve human rights and promote social justice. We focus on the empowerment of international human rights defenders at risk and on the initiatives in the Netherlands working for local solidarity with refugees.

Maintaining well-being in human rights campaigning: Activist Lab for young activists

In July 2024, Justice & Peace held the Summer Activist Lab in The Hague; an edition which focused on well-being against the backdrop of shrinking civic space and the increased polarization in an intense political and human rights climate.
