The most effective way to promote democratic rights, freedom,  and universal human rights globally is through the support and protection of local and grassroots artists. Building on his background in political science and migration justice, he collaborated with others to uncover the lived experiences of migrants and contribute to reshaping narratives around inclusion and social cohesion. However, it remains an unsafe environment for the LGBTIQA+ community, with obstacles to same-sex marriage, adoption, and the recognition of gender identity.
